The Bauer Vapor 1X Hockey Skate has a lightweight Curv composite upper and ankle support, which provides a heel/ankle lock allowing players to crossover quicker and turn tighter. The Form-Fit felt tongue with Curv composite insert provide a higher level of protection and increases overall support. The 37.5 liner technology helps regulate the body temperature of the player, keeping their foot dry. This 37.5 liner can dry up to 5 times faster than similar fabrics.

The new Lightspeed Edge Holder is designed to give a greater angle of attack through a 3mm increase in overall height. This allows the player to take tighter and sharper turns. The innovative trigger system also allows players to change out steel without missing a shift. The LS4 steel is an upgraded steel, which provides a stronger edge than ever before.

The new Bauer Speed Plate features a fully heat moldable recovery alloy, which allows for a completely customized fit to the bottom of the foot- making the skate truly 100% heat moldable.
